Machines on-call for humans
What happens when the work that keeps production healthy is delegated to agents?
At Resolve, we've been running always-on background agents that take on operational tasks across our own production. They operate with the same production context as a senior engineer, handling deployment monitoring, anomaly analysis, operational reports, and resource reviews.
Justin Smith, our Founding Product Engineer, walks through multiple live use cases every team should get started with and what we've learned using them.
If your team is exploring how to move operational work off engineers' plates, this session is for you.
